The Human Resources section centralized human resource management services for approximately 62 employees that includes the Chief Justice, Judges, Magistrates and Court Personnel.
The Section's primary activities are to develop recommendations concerning human resource administration and to administer the personnel management system. It is responsible for attracting and retaining qualified employees using HR management flexibilities, pay practices and benefits. In addition, this section supports the training and development of employee skills to meet current and future needs of the organization.
