The Honourable Chief Justice Vincent Lunabek has issued the Court recess order for 2025/2026. The Court recess period commences on Monday 15th December 2025 and ends on Friday 16th January 2026.

In light of the recent Covid-19 community outbreak in Vanuatu, the Honorable Chief Justice Vincent Lunabek has issued Protocols which the Court will now operate within. The "Protocol for Participation in Remote Hearings" is to be read in conjunction with "Covid 19 Protocol" both were issued on the 9th of March 2022 and are available in the three official languages, French, English and Bislama.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Vanuatu, the Honourable Vincent Lunabek in a brief ceremony held at Dumbea Hall and witnessed by the Minister of Justice, country Diplomats, Judges, Magistrates, lawyers and court staff on Monday 3rd of May 2021, launched the first ever court brochures produced by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Vanuatu.
