REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

1. The Respondent having filed an application to strike out the petition on the grounds that it has no foundation, and

2. Upon the Petitioner through his counsel conceding to the application with costs in the sum of VT 20.000.

It is Ordered-

3. The Petition be dismissed with costs of VT 20.000 payable to the Respondent

4. The Registrar shall release the deposit of VT 20.000 to the State Law Office within 7 days from the date hereof.
