REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

SENTENCE

1. Mr Worwor pleaded guilty to cultivation of cannabis, possession of cannabis and sale of cannabis. He is convicted in his own pleas on accepting the summary of facts.

2. He is sentenced to 100 hours community work on all 3 charges, concurrently.

3. The Cannabis and cannabis plant are to be destroyed.
