REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

INTERLOCUTORY ORDERS


Having heard Mr. Bal for the Applicants and Mr. Aron for the Defendants and having read the materials filed herein the Court is satisfied and grants the following orders:

1.    That the Suspension of the Second Applicants issued by the First Defendant be STAYED pending the determination of the Judicial Review Claim.

2.    That the Termination of the Second Applicants issued by the First Defendant be STAYED pending the determination of the Judicial Review Claim.

3.    That First Defendant continues to pay Salaries and other entitlements of the Second Applicants until the determination of the Judicial Review Claim.

4.    The order is amended to reflect the leave granted to add additional parties as second defendants today.
