ORDER

Upon Mr Sugden applying orally that the Judgment of the Court dated 18th June 2021 be stayed pending the determination of the applicants appeal,
And upon there being no objections by Mr Gilu for the Republic,

I Order that the whole judgment issued by the Court today ( 18/06/21) be hereby stayed pending the determination of the applicant’s appeal by the Court of Appeal in July.
